Privacy Notice

When you talk to Florida AI or book a meeting, we may ask for details like your name, company name, country, WhatsApp number, email, expected budget, and the service you need. This information is stored and used only so the Florida Marketing team can follow up with you about your request.

We do not use your data to train any AI model. Lead data is retained for a limited, configurable period (see LEAD_RETENTION_DAYS in the project's environment configuration) and is deleted automatically after that.

Your conversation with Florida AI is sent to a third-party AI provider (OpenRouter or a similar provider) so it can generate a reply. This is not permanently stored beyond what's needed to respond, and no personal data is transmitted to that provider without your explicit consent for lead capture.

When you use our contact or career forms, we use the information you submit including contact details, experience, and your CV only to review your request and contact you. You can request deletion at Info@Floridamarketing.online.
